“Our elderly grandmother woke up to no water two days into the new year. I called Mr. Bechtol at Bechtol Plumbing and he said he'd be there after he fixed something at the church. He was at Granny's within 45 minutes, pin pointed the issue (under her house) and had it fixed all within a matter of 1 1/2 hours!
