After a long week of 95+ temperatures, A/c stopped working. I called 4 other places and they told me WEEKS before they could even come out to diagnose, and most were rude about “how busy they were”. My 5th call was to Bolyard, and they sent a tech out within hours, same day, late evening! I really appreciate the honesty of the tech, he gave me multiple options and was willing to do whatever I wanted to get me running again. I ended up upgrading the entire system. Communication was excellent (within 24hrs), and prices were very reasonable. No homeowner likes to spend money on repairs, but if you need to… please give the business to Bolyard, they’ll earn your trust!
Had a new HVAC unit and furnace installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew was friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish. They did exceptional work, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them.
Matt and Ghram were great. They were efficient and cleaned up after their job. We got a new and bigger condenser and did not destroy the plants that were near by. They showed us how to use the new thermostat with being an app to use it or manual. Thank you Matt and Ghram
