Jenna and John were awesome and so helpful! Answered any and all questions and in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help us. The only complaint is the appraiser they used missed things on the second trip back. He missed a major issue that he was already aware of. Which has caused issues post closing, which could have been avoided if the appraiser had done what he was supposed to before closing. So that is our only complaint. As far as needing a loan officer, John Shami is your guy! He’s the best of the best! I’m so thankful that he’s involved in my deal.
