Had a gas water heater replaced. Quote was given over the phone with just a few provided pictures. They arrived early (with notification), were very personable and polite, upgraded the connections, and we had hot water within 2 hours start to finish.

James helped us diagnose what was wrong with our AC and eventually shop for a new unit and get it installed. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as honest and upfront. Every time I needed to contact him he was quick to respond. He explained how different parts of my AC work when I asked for more information, but didn't get too technical to a point where I couldn't follow along. The only downside is that the jobs took a while and he sometimes gets backed up on jobs, but personally I'd rather have something done slowly and well, rather than quickly and poorly.

Had some repairs done on my existing gutters and they fixed the problems quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend them for replacement gutters.
