“James helped us diagnose what was wrong with our AC and eventually shop for a new unit and get it installed. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as honest and upfront. Every time I needed to contact him he was quick to respond. He explained how different parts of my AC work when I asked for more information, but didn't get too technical to a point where I couldn't follow along. The only downside is that the jobs took a while and he sometimes gets backed up on jobs, but personally I'd rather have something done slowly and well, rather than quickly and poorly.“
