“I called United this morning about a noise our furnace was making, I was concerned since the weather is so cold about it breaking down. The owner, Matt; is so knowledgeable to talk with on the phone, he was on another job but sent Joel over to my house to check out my furnace within 3 hours. I was so pleased & amazed at the quick response; I figured it would be several days to get someone here. Joel is also very knowledgeable & professional, discovered the issue which was nothing major and I feel relieved that I don't have to worry my furnace will go out in subzero temps. I would 110% recommend Matt & his team at United, they are a small company, with friendly knowledgeable staff.
