When I called to schedule an appointment with J & R Basement and Waterproofing, Randy Moore was my first point of contact. He was very professional, and honest. He did an inspection and provided his professional recommendations.The crew began the next week briefing me each morning about that day's work. Just finished working with Randy and his team to install 6 glass block windows in a 1956 ranch house. The sills were rotted and the a few of the windows were cracked. Quote process was easy and quick. Price is unbeatable. I received 3 quotes and these guys came in the most competitive. I would use J & R Basements again.
