Todd, came to my house after I had a complaint with the company work that’s supposed to be done a year ago. As far as customer service, he was amazing, he took his time to break everything down step by step, he took pictures and research information on my behalf of my complaint. I’m just waiting to see how the company is going to handle my complaint and compensation.
I was not really impressed with the first crew that came to our jobsite, but luckily the company had the forethougt to send us Jeffery Collins and Ray Robinson.These 2 men straightened up the mess the previous crew had left them. Jeffery and Ray did the work of a 3 man crew, raising my floors in 1 1/2 days. They are 2 of the hardest working individuals i have the pleasure of knowing. Very polite and knowledgable. Everyone should have employees like these 2 men. Groundworks should be proud of Jeffery Collins, and Ray Robinson. They saved the day. Thank you, Anthony Gardner.

It is five days after my service and the concrete slab is sinking again.
Worse than this is the disgusting fish smell from the foam inside my house. They said it would go away. It hasn’t.
But the worst thing is that I have called every day and no one returns my calls or attempts to fix the problem.
*UPDATE - It has been a few months and they identified why I wasn't hearing anything - the merger caused confusion with my paperwork and they lost me.
I changed my review from 1 star to 4 recently.
