They got the city to remove the tree that was heaving the sidewalk and even got them to grind the stump. They were back out the day after Christmas and got this done, start to finish, in 6-7 hours. They even very nicely fixed the broken part between the stairs and the sidewalk, which I didn't expect. Any time I need concrete work, Able Ready is who I will be calling. When we purchased the house we were exetremely disappointed in the lack of backyard due the ravine and trees/brush but once Hube saw it it was clear he saw more for it.
