My father was under the care of CHP hospice. Their professionalism and compassion far exceeded my expectations. I am not from the Van Wert area, but was able to meet a few of the folks that helped take care of him in the home. Special thank you to April who came and sat with us at home during a difficult time. Once he transferred to hospice house, he was treated with respect and dignity. All staff were very caring and made sure that all of our needs were met. I give special recognition to Kerrie the nurse.
