Your hometown physical therapy office. Four convenient locations in Ada, Lima, Findlay, and Marion, Ohio. Come into our office as an outpatient to receive your doctor ordered therapy. We also offer therapy in the home, outpatient based. Contracting with home health is available as well if you are currently receiving home health services, let them know you would like Midwest Rehab to provide your physical, occupational or speech therapy today!
