Mr. James Romero was initially very pleasant, courteous, and communicative when setting up a first time visit with us, but abruptly stopped answering text messages & calls at the scheduled time to meet leaving us with a blind-sided no show and zero explanation as to why.
James has saved us on more than one occasion. We had a water heater basically explode and he not only replaced and installed new water heater, he also helped us with our insurance company. On this last visit, he helped us with our heat/water pressure. We were having scary noises coming from our pipes and heat and he came quickly, identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward.
