James has saved us on more than one occasion. We had a water heater basically explode and he not only replaced and installed new water heater, he also helped us with our insurance company. On this last visit, he helped us with our heat/water pressure. We were having scary noises coming from our pipes and heat and he came quickly, identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward. They were came on time, didn't charge for a quote, were EXTREMELY organized, clean, and efficient and they charged less than the other 4 companies I called prior. I will only use ford from now on
