“We wanted to re-carpet our furnished 3 bedroom home and replace our kitchen floor (huge undertaking!). After asking around, we heard good things about Niles Flooring in Mohegan Lake, so my wife and I went there to check out options. Two brothers own this business -Anthony showed us samples and was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and VERY patient. He gave us samples of the carpet and floor tiles that we liked to take home so we could review them in our home to see if the colors and textures worked. We did not feel rushed or pressured, which allowed us to select some great options. Once we picked carpet and tile Pat, (Anthony’s brother, and just as friendly and knowledgeable) came to our home a few days later to measure and called us with the quote.

The 4 man team who performed the installation, work directly for Niles (not subcontractors) and were great! They were here on time, worked a very long day, and when they completed the job the crew manager walked around to each room with us, to ensure that we were satisfied. They also work clean-swept, vacuumed and left the rooms perfectly clean. We had moved some of the furniture to the basement, but the team had to move some furniture and placed it all back where it was. We were told the job would take 1-2 days, and it was completed in 1 day, which was amazing!

Bottom line is from beginning to end everyone at Niles exceeded expectations on customer service and quality of their work. An added bonus is the fact that they are a local, family-run business in our community that prides itself on providing a personal touch in every interaction. 100% satisfied with this company.“

“The entire team at RD Flooring did such a wonderful job removing layers and layers of old tile and installing new white oak wood floors in my kitchen. The goal was to make the new floors blend with the existing oak floors that were original to the 1940's home and they did that in such a competent and beautiful way.
