“Russell and his crew unearthed and refinished the hardwood floors in the 1960s home that we purchased. All of the floors and staircases in the house were covered in carpet. Russell was easy to communicate with, and handled a change in schedule with professionalism and care. He was extremely responsive, alerting us when there was some unexpected damage to the wood under the carpet that would require additional time and attention. He also provided photos of the sample stain when we were unable to come see the sample in person. He even coordinated the moving of the over 1300 square feet of carpet that was removed from the house. Russel's crew did outstanding work -- our dated and musty house was transformed into something glorious once the floors were redone. We cannot thank or recommend Russ enough!”
