Our experience with Niles Blinds was excellent. We had purchased one battery operated blind for our living room picture window two years ago and wanted to match it to our back window. Joe looked up our order and had a matching blind made within two weeks. He came and installed it the day it arrived and worked with us to make sure the blind cleared precious antiques sitting on the window sill and was to our liking. He showed us how to connect to the app on our phone and made sure we had the number to reach a tech line if we had further difficulty. We will definitely use Niles Blinds again.
My skylight shade stopped working after nearly 12 years. Joe R. drove to my house, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it in less than a half hour, for a very reasonable charge. I highly recommend Niles Floors & Blinds for their expertise and much valued professionalism.
We purchased some new blinds and shades from Niles Floor and Blinds recently. The experience was seamless. We had great help in the showroom picking out window treatments that would work for our new apartment. The owner, Joe, then came out to measure and clearly knew what he was doing. Installation went without a hitch and our new window treatments look great. If you want great customer service and an overall positive experience, I highly recommend Niles Floor and Blinds. They did a fantastic job.
