Two nights ago I went to this Urgent Care facility. I was greeted nicely by the ladies at the front desk Joselin and Xray tech Sonelle. A short time later I met two very courteous nurses Neisha and Stephanie. I explained in detail my reason for needing urgent care. They took me to a room, set me up and asked me wait for the Nurse Practitioner. Yes, Nurse Practitioner. This NP came in, shook my hand, listened to me about my problem, and did a thorough examination.This NP, Juan Escobar, assured me that everything was going to be okay. I went to monte fiore for the 1st time and coming inside the security gaurds were very friendly and helpful and they told where to go bUT i went to urgent care and just to registre took 30 minutos to another 40 just to check my temp and i feel the staff was very un friendly and felt like they were rushing me too leave they all seemed like they hate they job i could feel the bad enwrgy i will never go back and also i went to xray i came back and saw a lady at radiolgy desk shopping for boots

Montefiore you need to do better! Got turned away because they don't have a pediatric doctor to see my 10 year old Just last week I was at this facility because two of my other kids were sick and the staff was incredibly rude. Today at least the other security guard was very polite and not on his phone like the other one on the right. The front desk staff clearly don't want to work and huff and puff because you need to check in Only reason I come to Montefiore is because my kids doctor is an afliate but after each vist Ive become more and more displeased.
