We ( 2 family members) were seen at our appointment time (no waiting), the support staff was attentive. The exam was flawless and the correct adjustment was made to my prescription. By the way Dr. Won has a great sense of humor! I also had a broken pair of glasses that were quite expensive that I thought were irreparable.
