I recently had a pair of lenses made for an existing frame in NYC but when I picked them up, they weren’t very comfortable. After a couple of days I couldn’t wear them because they were digging into the bridge of my nose and my right ear. I went to MyEyeDr In Yonkers on Central Avenue and they adjusted the frame and that they are much more comfortable to wear. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant, and he was able to adjust them fairly quickly.
Went To This Facility yesterday… & I have to say the customer service was top tier. The new Doc Dr. O is amazing & was empathetic & honest with my eye issues

I have been a patient at this location for many years. During my most recent visit I found the experience to be quite professional and pleasant. We ( 2 family members) were seen at our appointment time (no waiting), the support staff was attentive. The exam was flawless and the correct adjustment was made to my prescription. By the way Dr. Won has a great sense of humor! I also had a broken pair of glasses that were quite expensive that I thought were irreparable. (I sat on them by accident) To my amazement, Gina fixed them and now they are as good as new! Thank you Gina, Dr. Won and the rest of the team for your fantastic customer service and expertise!!
