I have a pair of very lightweight titanium-frame glasses bought in France that I'm very fond of. At home, I tripped over a chair leg and fell, bending the frame. I came into Visionworks with no appointment was immediately welcomed (no small thing) and quickly my bent frames were in the capable hands of Benjamin Garfield (I hope I got the name right) who did a little magic with various pliers, mixing delicacy and strength, and voila! the glasses were fixed. He was not only expert but gracious and refused payment. If that isn't a five-star experience, what more could anyone want?
