I see a real mix of reviews for this business- either great or poor which is odd. My family and I have been coming here for 20 years and have always received excellent service. Paul and Sandra are favorites as they care and are always incredibly helpful. No attitude.... Paul has been active with caring for Labrador Retrievers, to the point where they used to roam around the store- how great is that! Sandra always does her best to utilize insurance coverage and to be fair with pricing. Nice people. Nice business.....

I visited the Vision Word in Scarsdale on a Monday. The Optomolgist there was wonderful, she was friendly and caring which made me very comfortable. The ladies who work there are exceptional. I had such a pleasant experience and would recommend anyone I know to go there. My son and daughter even commented on the excellent and first rate service they received. Great place

Had trouble finding a vision care professional that takes my insurance provider and then there was Vision World. Sandra, Dr. Carr and the rest of the team treated me extremely well, caring for my every need. Dr. Carr is very enthusiastic about her vision career and it shows as she's attentive with everyone of her customers regarding taking eye care seriously. 10/10 I will be coming back for all of my future vision needs!
