I'd say 5 stars, but I was there in the evening, when they not typically open. I had the pleasure of meeting a staff member who has been there since he's 13! His first job, and he was, best guess mid to late 20s. That speaks volumes about an organization. One of my dearest friends brings her granddaughter, who is a toddler, regularly. Definitely recommend!!

Punctual, professional, fairly priced. We had an issue with The main shut off valve for our home. After contacting multiple other plumbers, this company was the only one out of 3 who was able to identify the issue, Find the shut off valve in the ground and perform the work. Highly recommend these professionals. These guys worked seamlessly together to fix our issues in a short amount of time.

I cannot recommend ITS enough. After dealing with several shady cleaners who used bait-and-switch and other dishonest methods in their estimates and other business practices (including fake Google reviews), I was lucky enough to find Doug's company. We had a smoke damage issue and there was a time crunch because of renovation deadlines. I called ITS one evening after having been strung along and then ghosted by another cleaning company, and Doug immediately answered. He was direct and honest and helpful. His guys cleaned the apartment today and they were terrific--Erik and Ian and their crew. They helped alleviate a very stressful situation. I am so glad I found ITS. I recommend them in the highest possible terms. Their honest and decent business practices feel like such a rarity in the damage remediation arena. Thank you, Doug (and Erik and Ian!).

This operation is first class. The work is meticulous. I had a lot of work done, bluestone patio, front walkway, driveway work including belgian block, landscape lighting, excavation. Dan O'Neil is knowledgeable, responsive, and his crew is one of the best I've ever seen. They've been with him forever, they are totally dedicated to doing a great job. They've trucked in their own mix of topsoil and compost (20 yards) and reseeded. Dan thinks things through thoroughly and works with you to solve issues before they happen. All you need to do is communicate your needs and he figures it out. His designer does lovely work, too. My neighbors are impressed and have asked for Dan's contact information which I've gladly given.
I contacted windmill to abandon my in ground oil tank, the two guys who showed up were on time, professional, hard working, knowledgeable, I was quoted a price which was half the previous estimate, I thought for sure there would be an added fee, guess what! The cost was exactly what they told me. So glad I used windmill

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the whole experience I have had with Suffolk liner. They did my liner last year and here are a few reasons why they were pleasure to work with.What I especially liked was an immediate answer from the office and directing me to a sales representative who called me right after and scheduled the appointment for an estimate. That contrasted with some companies struggling to respond at all was a big sign that I was heading in the right direction.Then came the estimate where the pool was thoroughly checked and I was asked a few smart questions showing that Suffolk Liner wanted to give me their best recommendation as to how to handle the project.We wrote everything down and I really liked the transparency of information as it made me feel comfortable Suffolk Liner will deliverwhat they promised.Installation was just a confirmation that they truly are like a well-oiled machine knowing their craft. You could tell that Suffolk Liner installers take pride in their work and believe in what they do.When it comes to the price it was fair for the experience they offer. And it reinforced my belief that you get what you pay for.I can also count on them if something goes wrong as they back their service with warranty.Highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job on my windows. They had glue and paint on them prior to there arrival. We-Do Windows made them look brand new again for me! Very professional and helpful. I will definitely be using them again.
