Heat broke down on the coldest day of the year and I was at home following surgery. Called Surefire in the morning to possibly get service. Phone was answered by a sympathetic person who assured me she would try to get me seen that day. Sure enough I had 2 service men working on the problem by the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the heat on within 2 hours. I am forever grateful for the prompt and professional service. They were honest regarding the nature of the repair and cost was reasonable. Surefire is the real deal. They service heat,a/c and do electrical. Special thanks to Jade, Jason and Logan. Can not recommend enough!
I needed to replace my rusting water heater, and after doing some research I chose Jason to install a new hybrid unit. He is responsive any time I reach out to him, he arrived on time, the price was fair, and he did very nice work. Recommended.Service: Heating system installation
I sent a message to the company in the late evening on a Monday regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business.
