I have been with this company for 8 years. The level of customer service I have received is the reason I stay. Whether it is for a routine maintenance call or a middle of the night emergency(thank goodness only one of those) I have not been disappointed.

Petro has been a great experience for me using them for the past 14 years. They always responded to my needs very quickly and are easy to contact in person when I call them. The workers have been very polite and kind to me also. I would always recommend Petro to everyone who ask me who they should use

Petro has excellent service!I have been a customer for over 30 years, but recently earlier this year when our contract ended we did not renew it.The reason is your oil prices are so high - MUCH higher than everyone else, even other full service companies such as Slomins.We do not mind paying a bit extra since your service has always been great, but the difference now is extreme.You used to always be 25 cents to 40 cents a gallon higher than others, which translates into about $800 plus tax if we use 2,000 gallons.But now you are about a dollar or higher more than others! And at 2,000 gallons usage that would be an extra $2,000 + sales tax to use Petro.That is way too...read full review
