I’ve been going there since the beginning of the year and every pedicure was perfect. This last time the lady was so rough, she cut me in 5 different places. When I was time to pay it was $47 as opposed to the $40 I’ve been paying. I don’t know if they sold the place because the women were all different and no one knew the prices. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
I was nervous coming here due to the reviews on yelp but was pleasantly surprised. I got a regular mani/pedicure + 10 min foot massage +10 minute back massage by Rita. She took her time, did a wonderful job with my nails, and her hands felt like magic-- she gave me an amazing massage. Will definitely keep going here, specifically to Rita!
I understand that no one is perfect and when it comes to getting my nails done I’m willing to put aside minor errors such as a nail coming out crooked or the shape not being perfect but there is no need for a nail technician to be rude and that’s not cool. The errors in my nails: crooked nail, shape is wrong, half my nail is matte and gloss (not enough coats), stickers aren’t flat and have air bubbles and some of the stickers are folded, and one of my nails has a big bump.
