Northstar Pilates helped me get back to my physically demanding job. My back was injured and I went through physical Therapy, back shots from a pain management doctor and nothing helped. This was my last try at getting back to work. In approximately 5 months of working one on one with Shane I felt better than any other treatments and I was ready to go back to my job. When this was recommended to me I thought I pictured Being on a mat doing leg raises. No, this is on specialized machines doing a program that is geared towards your specific injury. Thank You Northstar for getting me back to work!
