When we decided to sell our home, we asked AI who was the best realtor in WNY, and it said Joe Saccone, with a lot of evidence. We interviewed him, and was impressed from the beginning with professionalism, extensive knowledge, and expertise. Joe was excellent every step of the way. He knew many tricks of the trade, and it made a difference. He was approachable, quick to respond, and offered great advice. Everything he recommended paid off. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but working with Mike made it such a positive experience from start to finish. We needed to find a home that would suit both me and my husband as well as my mother, who required a ground-floor living area, and Mike went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect fit. The process began while I was overseas, and he made sure I stayed informed and involved every step of the way.
