The Grand is getting 5 stars for many reasons. From the beginning the staff was kind caring and extremely professional and they still are. My grandmother is in the facility since November and we are happy. The girls in finance (Paula and Jessica)and admissions ( Stephanie) are amazing. They are helpful, respectful, polite, responsive and very professional. They really care. The nurses, pa, aids, and all staff are caring and treat your loved ones like their own. I just ask one favor if the food can be bettered. Some of the options are not preferable and still given to our loved ones. The facility is clean, safe, and everyone is attentive. I couldn’t be happier.

You can tell communication is off here. Certain staff knows things then others dont know causing confusion for us families. Otherwise no complaints about anything else.
My mother stayed here for 7 months recouping from multiple surgeries. She went from bedridden to walking. The entire team is incredible. This is the 3rd rehab center she attended and by far the best one. If you have an issue or concern, they listen and help resolve. They continue to strive by always looking to improve operations. I cannot thank them enough on how well they took care of my mother.
