Called them at 8:30am on a Saturday to replace a leaking pipe. They showed up within the hour and immediately got to work. Identified that the leaking pipe was part of the heating system and they helped me isolate it from the rest of the house water so that I could turn the main water back on. Pipe was replaced and they bled the radiator system within an hour. Don't yet know what the cost will be but I'll update the review once I get the bill.EDIT: Total was $266 with $240 in labor and $6 in materials. Note that they don't accept credit cards, only checks.

Woke up last Friday morning to no heat or hot water. Called Lombardo plumbing at 8 a.m. and left a message. My call was returned ten minutes later. Someone showed up within 45 minutes and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Fast, polite, efficient and clean. I could not ask for better service.
