The experience was smooth and customer service was great. I reserved and paid for my storage unit online. It wasn’t clear to me from the website, that the unit would be on a top level so you need to use a ladder to access it. While this may work for some, the items I needed to store were heavy and I needed to change units. The manager on duty, William, helped me transfer to a different unit. The process was seamless, William showed me to my new unit and explained everything I needed to know about accessing the facility outside of office hours. The app is easy to use as well. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend this site to family and friends.

I’ve been renting at this Extra Space Storage In white plains for almost 3 years now. The staff have been wonderful and very accommodating. William, the site manager, does an amazing job. The units are clean and access to the building is easy (especially with the app) . I would absolutely recommend this location.

William was extremely accommodating and welcoming throughout the entire process. After I booked my reservation online, he personally called to welcome me and explain the move-in process in detail. When I arrived at the facility, he gave me a tour, helped me locate my unit, assisted me with setting up the app, and patiently answered all of my questions. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. It was a pleasure interacting with him.
