Pathetic moving company.They were the last leg in our moving and handled it poorly.It only gets worst from there, they held our stuff hostage and are demanding more money.Delivered my stuff to others and vice versa.I currently have many items that have come to the house and have never been unloaded so they can blackmail me for more money.The drivers CANNOT COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH, only Russian.It is been a nightmare dealing with the broken stuff, wrong delivery, poor communication and holding the stuff hostage, threatening for more money.I think this company has a habit of replying to bad reviews as of it is not for them.Unfortunately you cannot get away with your utter...read full review

I have never written a google review in my entire life, but this was genuinely the worse experience imaginable in terms of moving. The owner Gary confirmed with us that his team would be at our apartment at 8am and they did not show up. We called Gary at 8:30, no response, tried again at 9:00, nothing. He finally answered at 10 am and informed us that his company went to the wrong job two states away. He said they would be able to come at 12:30 and they would give us a discount, so we waited. We tried calling again multiple times, and he finally answered on the fourth attempt. He claimed this other move was taking longer than expected, and we could “just reschedule”....read full review

We had pleasure of using American relocators. Gari is very professional and upfront man. He initially did over phone estimation and then in person, but it was so accurate. They are very reasonable people and were on time. They handled everything professionally. At the end of job, I asked them if they do also provide service in MA if i have to move locally.Thank you Gari
