“I can’t speak more highly of Leslie and her individualized approach at Good Ground Yoga. Leslie takes the time to learn about each student's individual body, injury and circumstance to ensure her classes are
Safe and customized for your own body. Leslie coached me through my entire pregnancy beginning to end. And I am so so grateful for everything she did for me. I felt safe to practice in my constantly changing and growing body, confident my growing baby was safe and ready for the long labor that awaited me. Can’t wait to work with Leslie on my post partum practice that now follows.”
