“Genuinely the nicest, most empathetic and compassionate women I have ever met in the medical field. I suffered from severe medical trauma specifically surrounding gynecological care and they took the time to listen to my story, cry with me and make me feel seen, heard, and understood. They answered all of my questions with honesty and care. I was a bit dizzy from anxiety and I had a ginger ale and crackers in my hand before my pants were even off. They did not pressure me to complete anything that day and instead met me where I was mentally and set up a medical plan for me to continue treatment on my terms, giving me back control and autonomy of my body again. I WILL be back and I will make as many donations that I physically can. I came in crying in fear and I left crying happy tears to have experienced such compassion and understanding. I may have only been one patient today out of many but, you have changed the way I see the medical world after years of hurt and for that I thank you all who work in this office.“
