“I’ve been a customer here since 2024. I’m from the Northtowns and I wanted to buy a pre-owned iPhone during that time. Fast forward it has been great. Recently I bought an Apple Watch Series 5 Nike Edition 40mm. I bought through a third party on eBay. It was a sealed one (new/old stock model)…so it hasn’t been opened since 2019. With sealed Apple Watches the battery can die out being lithium. It drains itself out being unused. Did my research and tried taking it to a few places. Could not power on. Had it on charger and it kept blinking. The Apple Store at Walden Galleria told be I need the whole watch replaced due to hardware issues. That would have been $400. I wasn’t going to do that. Other places said battery and parts are on back order.

Decided to take I to Blutusk for my last resort. Jeff took care of me and knew what it was. He said the battery does drain itself being unused for so many years. He had older model MacBooks and it did the same. Just needed new battery. Took about a week to get the park and installed. Now watch works perfect and have a 1 year warranty for it. Would recommend to anyone looking for great customer service, repairs, prices, and many options for like new refurbished products.“
