Scott helped me repair my old computer at a reasonable price. Great place, great service, and save you money. Not like the larger store who don't care about the customer, just the bottom dollar.

Im giving stars for the repair but taking one off for the woman at her desk. When u walk in ,you are in an open vestibule. Its cold in there. Your not allowed to go inside the place itself. So there I was standing there. And standing. And standing. All the while watching some big woman sit as her desk not even glancing up. So I tapped on the glass window. You would have thought I smacked her by the look I got ! Such attitide! Im so sorry to make u get up. I remained friendly explaining I didnt see a bell or buzzer. Even apologized for obviously bothering her. Her response- a stern look. Whew- sorry !

The employees are professional and clearly know what they're doing, so they are worth the price. I recently had a device fixed, and it feels as goo as new! There was one employee who made us rather uncomfortable, like we were a nuisance, but for the most part, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Definitely intend to return here if I have any other devices in need of fixing in the future
