I was having problems with an app on my computer that I use for work. I had a finished project that I couldn’t send to my client because of the problems it was giving me. The deadline was coming up and I was afraid I would have to delete everything and start from scratch which would have taken me weeks. The tech I spoke to was beyond helpful and so very professional. The Vitec team has worked hard to manage the complexity of our 24/7 organization. The nature of our work often requires immediate response/resolutions. Vitec has always responded timely and puts in the effort needed to resolve issues efficiently. Aaron has become a resource for us in organizational planning as well as operations, and has partnered with management to ensure that we have a firm plan to execute various projects and objectives. The entire team has also worked with other vendors as needed for cross over projects. Recommend considering them when evaluating an IT support service.
