“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”

“So yesterday, December 18th, I had dropped off 2 pairs of ugg shoes to be sent out for cleaning and I ended up needing one pair back. I called them and told them that I would need to pick up the pair the next day(today the 19th) and the lady i spoke with, I believe Helen was SO KIND and said no problem. There ended up being a miscommunication with the driver that picks up the uggs and he ended up taking both pairs. So I went to pick them up and they weren't there! I was so scared and upset but let me tell you this !!! And I have never ever ever had such A GREAT OUTCOME LIKE THIS! One of the workers I spoke to ( after giving him an attitude that I am so embarrassed about) WAITED AT THE STORE AFTER CLOSING TO WAIT FOR THE DRIVER TO BRING THE UGGS AND BROUGHT THEM TO MY HOUSE !! When I tell you I was holding back tears!! I have never had anyone ever go above and beyond like this for me. Thank you all so much. You truly are beautiful amazing people.”

“I always bring my clothes here and they deliver exceptional service every time. I don't bring much, maybe two pairs of pants and a dress shirt, but I make the visit every week. When I picked up my clothes this past week, the owner returned me a fifty dollar bill that I accidentally left in the back of my pants. I wanted to tip the gentleman but he was adamant on not receiving any tip for his behavior.. I don't like the feeling of good deed being unpaid so I'm leaving this review as a respect. I'm surprised at the negative comments below.. I hope many of y'all understand, English is not their primary language. They are wonderful people. If unfortunately what you are saying isn't going through, use your phones to help communicate what you want to say to them. I've seen some customers yell and scream at them because they weren't understanding what you were saying. Smartphones nowadays are great.... they help us connect better with each other..
