Tailored two pants without hesitations. All they said was when I wanted to pick it up. Excellent job both times. Contrary to an experience with a tailor I had in Levittown, gardiners avenue who refused to do his job.
My first experience with this shop was kinda sketchy. I dropped off my backpack bc the inside lining was ripped, as well as frayed outside pockets. She assured me they could do it and for what I thought was a steal. However, after being told it would be ready in four days, on the fourth day when I show up it’s not ready. She continued to tell me “tomorrow” for four days before finally I got the bag back. BUT the work is flawless and you can’t beat the price. I just brought the same bag back for another tear and it was ready the next day for a very reasonable price.
I have been coming here for years and I can say rarely have I been disappointed. They have great customer service and their prices for tailoring and dry cleaning are fair. They also have a pretty good turn around time- about 2 days for tailoring and dry cleaning for a pair of pants.
