I came in with my husband about a year ago to drop off some items. It was my first time dropping shirts here, and they charged me a different price for my shirts than they did my husband who was in line right behind me. I stood to side as they took him, and when I questioned why my price was higher than his, she said the “fabric was different and couldn’t be washed.” The fabric wasn’t different. We’re both men and wear the same brand. The lady behind the counter then started screaming: “WHAT YOU WANT?!” several times. I have never been so disrespected from a business ever before. The lady was nasty and rude at best. Gave the worst attitude as if she was doing me a favor! They deserve zero stars!! Another customer was there and did not get treated like me and didn’t look like me either. I will never go there again. I would never patronize such behavior. Obviously they don’t want business from my kind!

Horrible! Dropped my husbands suit and shirts off that he needed by 4pm next day and they assured us they would be ready. When I went to pick them up at 3pm the next day they could not find them and he had work at 4. They told me to come back at 4:30 and they would find them. When they finally “found” them then the shirts were soaking wet which lead me to believe they forgot to do them and started them once I came im. Mistakes happen but HORRIBLE customer service. They never apologized. Never said I’m so sorry once and didn’t even offer to give me my money back as they handed the dirty suit and wet shirts back to me. I had to ask for it.
