Zero stars, do not go here. Mis diagnoses, lack of communication and nickel-and- dime pricing. When you try to leave they will only give you your records on a cd rom that no other office can read. Their only response was ‘I don’t make the rules’. Manager never called back after left messages.

If I can help one person avoid this awful practice, this review will be worth it. The practice supervisor is friendly, but that’s about it. The younger woman who answers the phone is severely lacking in customer service and critical thinking skills. I am dealing with an acute injury on top of existing disc issues and THREE TIMES they sent a referral for my SPINE to an ortho that DOESN’T TAKE SPINAL PATIENTS. I called each time to rectify and was told each time they would correct it and send it and confirm with me by EOD. Never did. I had quarterly appointments for medication refills, towards the start of the year I always got reminders for my appointment via email and phone. Towards the end of the year they stopped reminding me and I ended up missing appointments. I would reschedule but due to a busy personal life I had to schedule for a month out and again they would fail to remind me for appointments. Coincidentally once the new year started and my deductible reset I am all of a sudden getting reminder emails and phone calls again.
