My iCircle case worker has helped me immensely with other agencies like Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, & other CDPAPs. He answered any & all questions promptly. He returned all my calls immediately or at the very least within the day that I called. Only one time have they failed to schedule an appointment, was lost in cyberspace, BUT they got me transportation that very day. No rescheduling in 3 days as with others. Thank you iCircle!

Have trouble when i call long period of times getting through have you on hold mucj to long often messes up dates for for appts other than that im ok with them they should have more operators to answer phones you be on hold for ever and it take a long time for them to get thing done would not recommend if i knew a better place i would be gone

After waiting on hold for 1 hour for my call to be taken, I ended up hanging up disappointed and frustrated.I was given an appointment on an emergency basis. Being a diabetic and on blood thinners, this appointment is very necessary.Because it was less than 3 days away, they turned me down for transportation saying the type of appointment didn’t qualify. I was asked to reschedule. Excuse me; when you are on the cancellation list you take what you can get.The person who transports me said he didn’t need the 3 days.
