I circle does not fully pay for anything. They approved half of a ramp We had to pay for a commode. Had to pay for incontinent supplies. They intentionally lie on recertification so they don't have to pay forservices. I do not recommend.
The assessment nurse along with staff, disregarded my condition and needs for long term care. As well as, to avoid an invasive surgery and prevent my condition from getting worse, so I can live independently in my home.
Common courtesy is lacking with this organization. My sister (who has passed) used them and was always very frustrated with call backs and such. Since her passing I can understand my sisters frustration. JUst wanted information on what had to be taken care of as of her passing. NO CALL BACK after several tries. Person taking messages was most help I got.
