Very happy with our first visit to AcuteKids. The wait time was just a bit longer than I expected, but our overall experience was seamless. The waiting room is very kid-friendly with a movie playing, coloring pages, books, and some water/coffee for the parents. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful, from reception to medical staff, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. We will absolutely use this facility again for any urgent needs. The whole staff treated my daughter so kindly when she was in pain & upset. They were very compassionate and empathetic which I appreciated greatly.
