They were friendly, warm and efficient from when we walked in the door until we left. Complete opposite of other experiences at other urgent cares around. I will definitely return if we need to go to urgent care and will recommend to anyone! Most importantly, even though they were speedy, they were accurate and their diagnosis and treatment were confirmed when we followed up with my daughters provider!
I recently visited this urgent care after bad experiences at another one and I was so happy with my provider. I saw Danielle Edwards for a few different issues and she was patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She approached me with understanding about what I was needing from the appointment. She provided a quick resolution and throughly walked me through the steps as well as the reasoning. I am so grateful for her after struggling to find a provider that understood the importance of bedside manner and patient education. I will be returning to this urgent care in the future!
I came in with an injury this morning (a Monday morning) and was SO pleasantly surprised with how quick it was to be seen, get x-rays and be on my way. EVERYONE was so welcoming, kind, compassionate and beyond helpful. Overall I had a great experience and probably had the best experience I’ve had going to an urgent care. HIGHLY recommend💯💯
