Wow, these people were so friendly and warm. It was my first time in this medical office and even though they were short staffed, they remained very accommodating. I didn't feel rushed at all nor was I left in a room for any longer than ten minutes. Thank you nurse Yvette Vazquez, PCT Evelich Leon and PA Patrick Vandermark! I would come back there in a heartbeat if needed. I felt really valued. You run an efficient office and have made an awesome impression.

I want to take a moment to applaud the team at the Irondequoit location for their efforts and professionalism. When I arrived, at opening, they were understaffed and running behind and yet still were professional, communicative, helpful, and friendly. It is not easy to maintain composure and patience when understaffed and this team did it so well. Thank you.
