Very disappointed with my experience with Vince Coppola. Had a listing on marketplace via his business for lots of different items I reached out interested in a variety of them. Vince gave me his number and told me to contact him following day. I waited till next morning to contact Vince and immediately was asked what I was looking for honestly there were so many items I only remembered the rake he proceeded to tell me well then if just a rake we can end conversation now no point going forward. I found a reasonably priced metal cabinet that I converted to cat "restroom". It's a great place to poke around and finds things to reuse and recycle.
Waste of time, no callback. No courtesy even to tell me they couldn't do it.Update: They claim to not know me or that I was a customer, yet when I called for service I got no callback. Wonder why I wasn't a customer? Can't be a customer if you don't call back.
