After 65 years of home ownership, my deceased parents were part of the generation that did not throw out material things because they may be used for another task. We called Ace Cleanouts to get an estimate on a small demo for a one bedroom apartment. Mike came over and advised not to demo most of the areas we originally thought we wanted to demo. He is a stand up guy who will give you his honest opinion even if it means he won't get the job! We were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help, give us pointers and ideas! We would definitely recommend him based on his honesty and integrity.

Had amazing experience hiring Ace (Michael Russel and his team) to remove some junk and demolish and removal of a big shed. To start with, Mike was great with communication, efficient to give a reasonable price quote and amazing to chat with. Both jobs were well done, quick and reasonably priced.
