I’m a DIYer but I leave expert stuff to experts, and after asking about a million questions I quickly realized that John was an expert. Explained everything including pricing and warranty, two of my biggest factors when making a decision. Then, after an initial inspection, gave me an honest assessment that was closer to the low end of the pricing possibilities. I loved that honesty. When scheduling work I had access to John for any follow-ups and questions and his work was thorough and professional. I can see what was done, but the average eye probably couldn’t.
