The Body Blueprint was recommended to me by Kristina, who is also an employee there as well as a friend, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. I took Suzette’s 5 AM strength and conditioning class, and it was a great welcome back after not doing CrossFit-style training for about two years. The environment was friendly, supportive, and not intimidating at all. I’d definitely recommend The Body Blueprint to anyone looking to start or restart their fitness journey.

Called Tiso’s to request a washing machine repair on Good Friday. They had a repair person, Mike Nasti, contact me right away. He ordered the needed part and was able to fix my washer the very next day—something I didn’t expect on a holiday weekend. Great service from both Tiso’s and Mike!
Filya gives me the best haircut of my life. She does not just cut, she knows how to style men's hair. Furthermore, she is quite beautiful.

I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed by anybody at a hair salon before. The first time I went in to Rita was for a shape-up during my high school musical and I never felt so confident with my hair after that shape up. So, I went back and had her do it again and it was the best thing to happen to my hair. Rita is like a magician and her daughter is extremely helpful to her as well! She can do anything, just ask! Love the service here and would totally recommend to those that need a shape-up or haircut. Thanks Rita!!
