After my initial appointment where we discussed my concerns (mild rosacea, a stubborn sun spot, fine lines, a small sebaceous hyperplasia, a small bit of hair removal) she determined the Excel would be perfect to address most of my concerns. The first round of Excel greatly reduced the sun spot, resulted in a good amount of hair reduction, reduced my rosacea, and resolved the sebaceous hyperplasia. You do experience a mild amount of redness and swelling immediately post treatment but nothing bad and within 2 weeks your skin looks so much better than before! Not to mention the feel of the laser is nothing more than a little warmth when being used on the rosacea, it's not painful at all! When used on hair there's a great cooling feature!
