Dwain did a complete kitchen remodel for us two years ago. It was the first project we had contracted out and it took so long to find someone that didn’t make us feel like we were bothering them, or didn’t know what we were talking about. Kitchens are expensive and disruptive projects (especially in a smaller house like ours with two kids) and finding someone who would be good to work with throughout the process was a real factor. The process was fun and the project went seamlessly and we could not be happier with our kitchen, which we now spend most of our time in. Dwain and team were professional, honest, clean, meticulous. When we did have one minor workmanship concern (ceiling texture he subbed out) we told him and he had our back and corrected it. Never defensive. Anyone is lucky to schedule a project with Dwain.
Excellent eyecare. All The Staff go above and beyond in real customer service. As soon as you enter, the office ambiance is clean, relaxed and comfortable. You are immediately greeted by a very capable and organized staff. They are extremely helpful explaining billing etc. little to no waiting To be seen. Dr. Kirchheimer is friendly and efficient. He takes time to answer all questions. This office does not pressure you to buy their glasses etc and is competitively priced. I highly recommend this eye care business because they truly care about their clients and it shows. By far and away ahead of other places in this area.
I drove up from North Carolina to have Sherette cut my hair! I have know her for years . When I first reached out to her I asked her to cut hair and do your magic! All I can say is she did an amazing job! Love love my haircut! Her products are the best I will never buy a different product again. I will drive the hours to come back and get my haircut from the best hairdresser !

It's a great haircut at a great price. I love being able to book a time and then walk in, check in and go get my hair cut. The Stylists are fun and friendly, and they know how to work with your hair, rather than trying to force it in to a shape.
Rachel did a great job with getting the layers in my hair right and styling to the mid level I wanted. She is very precise in her work and takes her job seriously. I would be happy to make another appointment with her.

LOVE Vestal Nail. Other salons on the area have botched my nails, so I go here religiously. Staff are friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. I’ve always felt welcomed at Dashing Queen, and everyone has always done amazing work. My toes always look great when I leave. While they do not have massage chairs, I actually prefer it. They’re my go to place. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Cook's Tree Service arrived fast—I was told that a local, family business, around since 1969, has earned its reputation to come fast for situations like this with highly trained workers—and what followed was like watching a heart transplant from an operating room balcony: Ron Jacoby, high up in the cherry-picker bucket, wielding his chainsaw like a brain surgeon's scalpel, team members Jeff, TJ, and Devin moving below in perfect harmony like a Swiss watch, only noisier. Ron led with grace under fire while I watched, helpless, wondering if we'd be homeless. In the end, another contractor (my roof expert) found only one shingle needed repair. Cook's did it all at a reasonable price. Surgery: successful. Home: saved.

Speaking as a person with dental anxiety, this was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I cannot say enough about Connie and Dr. Fritz. I was treated with kindness, compassion and understanding, allowing me to relax as best as I could :) My concerns were answered and I never felt pressured or rushed. After my visit, I spoke with Grace, the care coordinator. She too, was patient and kind. I am confident that my plan of care will meet my expectations. I cannot possible say enough kind things about the cat doctor. The entire staff is so welcoming and cares so much about the animals they see. My cat went through a pretty rough patch of health scares and they helped us every step of the way and were nothing but lovely!
